2025 in Review: Smarter Insights, Healthier Habits

signos 2025

This year at Signos, everything we built came back to one question: How do we make metabolic health easier to understand and easier to sustain?

In 2025, we doubled down on clearer insights, smarter predictions, and tools that help you turn data into daily habits. The result? A Signos experience that doesn’t just track glucose; it helps you live with it, learn from it, and use it to support long-term weight and metabolic health.

Here’s a look back at what we built together this year, and what you accomplished along the way.

By the Numbers: What Members Made Happen

Your habits added up in a big way this year. Here’s what the Signos community accomplished together in 2025:

  • 56 million minutes of exercise logged
  • Most popular movement: Walking
  • Most active hour in the app: 7:00 PM
  • Most popular days:
    • Exercise logged most on Mondays
    • Meals logged most on Wednesdays
  • Top states by member count: CA, TX, FL, CO, NY, WA, NC, IL, GA, AZ

Millions of small choices. Logged. Learned from. Repeated.

Product Progress: Turning Data Into Direction

A Smarter Home Base for Your Metabolism

We completely overhauled the Home Screen and Daily Scorecard to give you what matters most, right when you open the app. In a single, easy-to-read view, you can now see:

  • Time in Range (TIR) to understand overall glucose stability
  • Latest Spike Time (LST) to pinpoint when glucose last rose
  • Spikes Per Day (SPD) to spot patterns over time

All visualized in intuitive, color-coded graphs that make trends obvious and habits easier to connect to how you feel.

Guided Weight Loss, One Week at a Time

With the launch of Guided Metabolic Weight Loss Signals and Weekly Check-ins, we shifted from passive tracking to active guidance.

Each week, you get clear focus areas based on your real data, showing how meals, sleep, movement, and timing affect your glucose. Less guesswork. More confidence in what to work on next.

Smarter Spike Predictions

In 2025, our upgraded algorithms became significantly better at anticipating glucose spikes before they happen. That means fewer surprises, earlier nudges, and more opportunities to adjust, whether it’s taking a walk, rethinking a meal combo, or changing timing.

Prevention beats reaction. And this year, Signos got better at both.

AI-Driven Food Logging

Logging meals got faster and smarter. With AI-powered food logging, you can now type or snap a photo and instantly see how foods affect your metabolism.

The payoff? A personalized nutrition strategy that adapts to you, not generic food rules.

Motivation That Meets You Where You Are

We refreshed activity tracking and motivation to celebrate consistency, not perfection. Wins are clearer. Streaks are more meaningful. And the app does more to encourage healthy routines that actually stick.

Easier Access, Less Friction

From simplified account tools to secure passwordless login, we removed barriers so managing subscriptions, orders, and access feels seamless, not stressful.

And with the launch of the Stelo 15-day sensor and our first OTC product, we expanded access to make Signos easier to start and easier to stay with.

Looking Ahead

2025 was about clarity: clearer insights, clearer signals, clearer next steps. And we’re just getting started.

As we move into the next year, our focus stays the same: help you understand your body better so healthy habits feel more intuitive and sustainable over time.

Thank you for being part of the Signos community. Here’s to smarter insights, steadier energy, and another year of progress, together.
